By using this website, submitting an inquiry, or booking services with The Region Cleaners LLC, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or book services. A written quote, service confirmation, or other signed agreement may include additional terms; if there is a conflict, the more specific written agreement controls.

Website submissions are requests for information and do not create a confirmed appointment. Quotes are based on the information provided and may change if the property’s condition, size, access, requested work, or other material details differ. We will confirm the service scope, schedule, and price before work begins.

• Provide accurate property, access, and service information
• Secure valuables, cash, medications, weapons, and fragile or irreplaceable items
• Identify delicate surfaces, damaged areas, product restrictions, pets, hazards, and areas that are off limits
• Provide safe access to the property, utilities, and agreed work areas
• Ensure children and pets are safely supervised away from active work areas

Appointments are subject to availability and are confirmed only when we accept the booking. Arrival times may be given as a service window. Any cancellation fee, rescheduling requirement, deposit, or payment timing will be disclosed in the quote or booking confirmation before it applies.

You agree to pay the price and any authorized charges shown in your accepted quote or service confirmation. Applicable taxes will be handled as required by law. If a payment is disputed, please contact us promptly so we can review the matter.

We stand behind the agreed cleaning scope. Please report a concern within 24 hours after service and provide reasonable access for inspection or corrective cleaning. When the concern falls within the confirmed scope, our primary remedy is to return and re-clean the affected area at no additional charge. This does not cover pre-existing damage, normal wear, permanent staining, unsafe conditions, or work outside the agreed scope.

Tell us about fragile, improperly installed, or previously damaged items before service. To the fullest extent permitted by Indiana law, The Region Cleaners is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be limited, including rights or remedies that applicable consumer law makes nonwaivable.

Website content, branding, text, and graphics are owned by or licensed to The Region Cleaners LLC and may not be copied or commercially used without written permission. You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, or submit unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content.

The website may open your email application or link to services operated by others. Their availability, security, and privacy practices are controlled by those providers, not by The Region Cleaners.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Indiana, unless applicable law requires another forum. Before filing a claim, each party agrees to make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue directly.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Changes apply prospectively. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver of that term.
